As we know that every year on Royal Rumble pay-per-view, WWE does at least one surprise appearance.
According to the No Holds Barred podcast, this year it will be NXT’s Superstar EC3.
He is expected to be a surprise entrant in the Men’s Royal Rumble 2019 match.
WWE is also planning some big entrants for the event. Lars Sullivan and Aleister Black are also expected to make their main roster debut.
