Raw Star Says "I Quit"

On last night's episode of Monday night RAW, Seth Rollins issues an open challenge for the Intercontinental Championship which was accepted by Kevin Owens. 

Owens failed to defeat Rollins. After the match, Owens said "I Quit". Below is what he said:
